David Huberman is enthusiastically committed to bringing customer satisfaction to every sales and rental transaction and has been one of the top grossing agents in Newport County for the past fifteen years. A native of Long Island, New York, he fell in love with Newport while attending Roger Williams University. After graduating in 2002, he interned at Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty and chose to make the area his permanent home, building his career with the firm and ultimately becoming a co-owner of the company.
David has brokered several significant waterfront sales, including the top three residential sales in Rhode Island, “Clarendon Court” for 30 million dollars, “Miramar” for 27 million dollars, and “Beacon Rock” for 23 million dollars. These landmark transactions contributed to David being named the top grossing agent in Newport County in 2021 with over 100 million dollars in total sales volume, and they still stand today as the three highest residential sales in the state.
He specializes in large estate style properties and premier waterfront properties with docks, as well as historic properties, commercial properties, and investment opportunities. David’s recent sales have included mansions, small residences, hotels, car dealerships, offices, investments, raw land, and more. He is experienced across all sectors, working with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate across all price ranges. In his spare time, David is an avid boater, surfer, and fisherman, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
