Chloe Shea brings an energetic, relationship-focused approach to real estate, backed by a strong background in sales. Originally from Boston, Chloe attended Boston Latin School before continuing her education and playing four years of collegiate lacrosse at Rowan University where she got a bachelor's degree in Communications. Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, Chloe grew up surrounded by the industry from an early age. Through family conversations and years spent around the business, she developed a natural passion for real estate and an understanding of the importance of relationships, trust, and market knowledge. Having spent her summers in Newport since 2001, she built a strong connection to the community and lifestyle that continues to draw her back year after year. Outside of real estate, Chloe is passionate about sailing and spends much of her time on the water, sailing competitively in Newport during the summer and in Coconut Grove during the winter months. Through sailing and her active involvement in the Newport community, she has built strong local relationships and a firsthand understanding of the area and its lifestyle. Before joining Gustave White, Chloe worked in luxury fashion sales and brand development, where she managed client relationships nationwide and helped grow a rapidly expanding brand. Her background in sales, marketing, and high-level customer service gives her a polished yet approachable style that clients value throughout the buying and selling process. Chloe is excited to combine her lifelong exposure to real estate, strong local ties, and competitive drive to help clients confidently navigate the Rhode Island real estate market.
